Purchase And Payment Operation

All of our Estates are free from government encroachment as at the time of sales to our clients, so there is no need to be disturbed about the security of our land.
Clients are expected to pay for the land. Full payment includes the cost of documentation, cost of survey of the apportioned plot to each individual and cost of development, which may vary, depending on the level of development of the location.
All of these payments are to be made ONLY into our approved bank accounts and payments made in the name of The Client, stating what the payment is meant for.

We don’t encourage payment to our staff or to third parties.
Please note also, that successful payment for our properties are Non Refundable.

Instalmental payment options are available for our clients who want to pay in bits, using payment patterns. These instalmental payment options have been broken down and are readily available for all our clients who need them. Just reach out to us and you will have them broken down to suit you.
Once a prospect signifies interest in any of our investment opportunities or any of our Estates,
an introduction and personal application form is then given to the prospect to fill.
After filling, they submit the form along with a passport photograph and means of identification (i.d card photcopied)

After this, the prospect can then proceed and make payments into any of our bank accounts and then send evidence of payment to the company for verification and collection of receipt of payment.
After all these, all necessary information and details would be promptly communicated to the client accordingly.

Payment Activities

once payment is confirmed by the company, an acknowledgement is sent to the client and a receipt of payment is also issued to the client (whether online, in soft copy, or in print copy).
